Arrival Procedures

When you arrive at the car park, park in the reception area and check-in. Hand in your booking confirmation or quote your booking reference and leave your car keys. H & P staff will give you a receipt for your keys, they will also park your car for you. So all you need to do is catch the free transfer bus to the airport terminals.

Departure Procedures

On your return call H and P Park and Ride once in baggage reclaim. They will send a bus to collect you. Proceed to the Manchester airport car parks bus stops. Then catch the transfer bus back to the car park, go to reception where they will give you your car keys, your car will be waiting in a bay by reception. Then exit the car park.

Directions to H & P Park and Ride

From M56 - Leave the motorway at Junction 5 (Manchester Airport) and follow signs for Cheadle and Quarry Bank Mill. You will pass Manchester Airport on your right, then follow the Ringway Road to the end where you will arrive at a T-Junction and a set of traffic lights. Turn right (Total Petrol Station will be on your right), onto Styal Road. Proceed along Styal Road for approximately 1 mile, turning 3rd right immediately after the zebra crossing, onto Altrincham Road. Pass the Ship Pub on the right and approximately 500 yards along Altrincham Road, on the right hand side, after the national speed limit sign, turn right into H & P Parking entrance, which is marked "Lode Hill" – H & P. Press the intercom at the gates to gain access quoting the surname your reservation is booked in.
